Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: Friday May 22nd 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the SLTR Mayfair website and any enquiries, requests, bookings, introductions, coordination services, concierge assistance, or related communications made through it.

By using this website, submitting an enquiry, or asking SLTR Mayfair to assist with a reservation, booking, arrangement, or introduction, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About SLTR Mayfair

SLTR Mayfair provides concierge, lifestyle, booking coordination, reservation assistance, and related support services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, SLTR Mayfair acts as an intermediary, introducer, or coordinator between the customer and independent third-party service providers such as venues, restaurants, transport providers, ticketing providers, event organisers, hospitality operators, or other suppliers.

2. Website use

You must use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or interfere with anyone else’s use of the website.

You must not misuse the website by knowingly introducing viruses, attempting unauthorised access, scraping data unlawfully, interfering with security, or using the site for fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading purposes.

SLTR Mayfair may suspend, withdraw, restrict, or change any part of the website at any time where reasonably necessary for operational, legal, or security reasons.

3. No guarantee of availability

All reservations, bookings, requests, access arrangements, tables, event entries, transport arrangements, and related services are subject to availability and acceptance by the relevant third-party supplier.

A request submitted through the website does not itself guarantee confirmation, entry, availability, or acceptance by any venue or supplier.

SLTR Mayfair is not responsible for a third party declining a booking request, refusing entry, changing its prices, altering availability, imposing house rules, or cancelling a service that it controls.

4. Third-party suppliers

Many services promoted, referenced, or arranged through SLTR Mayfair are provided by independent third parties. A legal contract for the supply of services exists between the trader providing the service and the customer where that trader is the supplier of the service.

Where SLTR Mayfair is acting only as an intermediary or coordinator, the relevant third-party supplier is responsible for the delivery of the service, including service quality, timing, access, venue rules, safety procedures, cancellation rules, and refund decisions relating to that service.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and complying with any supplier-specific terms, entry requirements, age restrictions, dress codes, cancellation terms, ticket conditions, reservation rules, and conduct requirements communicated by the supplier or passed on by SLTR Mayfair.

5. Payments

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, SLTR Mayfair does not take payment for the underlying third-party service.

Where payment is taken directly by the venue, operator, restaurant, transport provider, ticketing provider, or another supplier, that supplier is responsible for payment processing, receipts, refunds, charge handling, and payment-related disputes relating to its service.

SLTR Mayfair may take payment directly only where this has been expressly agreed beforehand and confirmed in writing, for example for a deposit, administrative charge, coordination fee, taxi reservation, or another specifically identified arrangement.

If SLTR Mayfair takes payment directly, the relevant written confirmation will set out the amount due, what it covers, whether it is refundable, and any cancellation terms that apply. Terms in consumer contracts must be fair and cannot remove a consumer’s statutory rights.

6. Refunds and cancellations

If SLTR Mayfair has not taken payment directly for the relevant service, any refund request, cancellation claim, or service complaint relating to that service must be directed to the relevant supplier responsible for providing it.

For example, door entry decisions, venue admissions, ticket validity, reservation no-show rules, transport fulfilment, event cancellation, table minimum-spend issues, and supplier-led service complaints are matters controlled by the relevant venue or service provider, not by SLTR Mayfair.

On request, SLTR Mayfair may provide the contact details or booking reference information it holds for the relevant supplier so that the customer can pursue the matter directly.

Where SLTR Mayfair has taken payment directly under a separate written agreement, the cancellation and refund position for that payment will be governed by the written terms provided for that arrangement, subject always to applicable law.

7. Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when making an enquiry or requesting a booking or arrangement.

You are responsible for checking the details of your booking, including date, time, party size, location, pricing, entry requirements, and any special conditions communicated before confirmation.

You are also responsible for ensuring that all guests in your party comply with venue rules, applicable laws, age-verification requirements, dress codes, behaviour standards, and any supplier instructions.

8. SLTR Mayfair services

Where SLTR Mayfair provides a service directly to a consumer, that service will be carried out with reasonable care and skill, and in accordance with what has been agreed.

If a direct service supplied by SLTR Mayfair is not carried out correctly, the customer may have rights to require the issue to be put right or to seek an appropriate price reduction, depending on the circumstances.

SLTR Mayfair is not required to carry out additional work or provide services beyond what has been agreed or authorised.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Subject to the paragraph above, SLTR Mayfair is not liable for losses arising from the acts, omissions, refusal of service, cancellations, overbookings, security decisions, pricing changes, door policies, or other conduct of independent third-party suppliers that control the underlying service.

Subject to applicable law, SLTR Mayfair is also not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of enjoyment, loss of opportunity, or business loss arising from a consumer booking or enquiry.

Subject to applicable law, SLTR Mayfair is also not liable for indirect or consequential injury or death arising from a consumer booking or enquiry.

10. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website, including text, branding, logos, graphics, design, layout, and original copy, is owned by or licensed to SLTR Mayfair.

You may view, download, or print website content for personal and non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, exploit, or create derivative works from website content without prior written permission.

11. Privacy and data use

Any personal data submitted through the website will be handled in accordance with the SLTR Mayfair Privacy Policy.

Where necessary to provide concierge, reservation, booking, or coordination services, SLTR Mayfair may share relevant customer details with third-party suppliers involved in fulfilling the requested arrangement.

12. Links to third-party websites

This website may contain links to third-party websites, booking systems, social media platforms, or supplier pages.

SLTR Mayfair has no control over third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or terms of use.

13. Changes to these terms

SLTR Mayfair may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will take effect once posted on the website unless a later date is stated.

Where the law requires particular terms to be transparent and prominent, those terms should be presented clearly to consumers before they are bound.

14. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer law in another part of the United Kingdom applies and cannot be excluded.

Any dispute relating to these Terms and Conditions or use of the website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where a consumer has the right to bring proceedings in another part of the United Kingdom under applicable law.

15. Contact

For enquiries about these Terms and Conditions, customers should contact SLTR Mayfair using the contact details published on the website.
